Yes .. You have reached the right place my dear friends . I’m going to share one of the most effective ways to fight your fatigue right at home. To be honest ..you don’t need anything to begin with. You just need your body and your mind and yeah of course some air because here we will be doing a lot of breathe in and breathe out.
Okay! Lemme disclose something which I recently discovered. Doing Yoga once a day (20 minutes or so ) or thrice a week has remarkable effects. You can experience noticable changes in about a week.I say a week because nobody got time to wait for a month and see the results. If we had so much patience India would be super clean by now because we would be using the dustbins.This is especially very helpful for those who walk around with so much stress and those fighting depression. I bet if you start your day with 20 minutes of Yoga , you will see a good difference.
Everything you need to know about YOGA:
1.Yoga is of INDIAN origin.
2. It is not a religious thing. You don’t have to be chanting any mantras.
3.Do yoga 45 minutes after a light meal or about 1 and half hours after a heavy meal.
4.You can follow a Youtuber to help you through the process.
I would suggest you to follow ” Yoga with Adriene“ She has this amazing way of teaching Yoga that you fall in love with it real quick.I personally appreciate her passion towards Yoga. (This is not some kind of promotion for her channel, I bet Adriene has no idea that I even exist.)
5.You don’t need a yoga mat and all those things to begin with. You can just start with a pair of leggings or Yoga pants (Everybody owns it these days) or any dress that is not too baggy .
6.Just find sometime and try it out for a week .
Come on you just 20 minutes and it costs absolutely nothing.
For all those who might think that it is a religious practice , I would say NO, my dear friends though it was orginally practiced by the saints (Yogi) in India , It has now been introduced as a physical exercise to the West. In short , It just involves a little bit of stretching and few long breathes and you will not have the muscle soreness which you experience after the first work out.
The main goal of Yoga is to integrate the body with the mind.Many studies have tried to determine the effectiveness of yoga as a complementary intervention for cancer, schizophrenia, asthma, and heart disease.
